Be positive!. How to think positive

Thinking positive requires little effort, but gives great rewards. Making this a habit improves our success in life and our self-esteem. We recommend some “tips” to make your positive attitude work for you:

  1. Recognise that you’re not perfect, and that you can be wrong.
  2. If you’re wrong, accept it, but forget it quickly; don’t punish yourself for it unnecessarily.
  3. Make a list of aspects in which you want to improve and achieve one a week (examples: do exercise, eat properly, don’t smoke, smile, say hello, hug, play…).
  4. Reward yourself for meeting your goals or sticking to your plans.
