Be positive!. 10 advices for being positive

If you want to be sufficiently motivated to take care of yourself, to have a satisfactory diet and to resist social pressure and possible frustrations, we advise you to internalise the following 10 pieces of advice:

  7. Try to see the positive side of everything around you. Don’t get annoyed about things that aren't worth the effort.
  8. Feel good about life and smile. Happy people live longer and healthier.
  9. Find a balance between your efforts to eat well and the rewards you give yourself.
  10. Fine some time for yourself every day and respect break times.
